Our Classes

We welcome anyone at any stage of their fitness journey. With unique fitness and training approaches, we ensure there's a tailored option for everyone. All you need to do is show up – we’ll handle the rest!
Shred

Our signature class. Specifically designed to give you maximum results. Our shred classes combine high energy, full-body HIIT training to get you to work hard, burn fat and feel great.

SQ Lift

This is our awesome strength-based workout. You’ll learn the fundamentals of weight training and feel the empowerment of building strength, whilst improving technique and form.

Brighton Strength Club

BSC is our hybrid class between Strength & HIIT and certainly creates a fun and engaging team-based workout to help supercharge your week.

Comp Club

Here we replicate exercises that are used to help you train for functional fitness events Hyrox or Ath X. Expect a huge calorie expenditure, improve your cardio and be pushed in a team environment.

Rumble

The latest addition to our timetable. Our very own boxing class, teaching the fundamentals of boxing whilst getting a good ol sweat on. Monday nights here with the flying scotsman : coach Jimmy. Bring your own gloves gang!

Shred Run Club

Shred Run Club is designed to suit a variety of abilities when it comes to running. Be it if you’re looking to build up to a 5k, marathon. or even to help with competing at Hyrox. Wednesday @ Midday. Location TBC.

Recovery Yoga

We do yoga and we do it well. Wednesday nights at SQB. Designed to help with recovery, meditation and flexibility. This is a great addition to our timetable to help you de-stress.

Throwdown

Run by coach Olie, Throwdown offers the ultimate way to supercharge your weekend, whilst being the perfect training for Hyrox, Ath X or any functional fitness event. Come join us from 10:30 on Saturday's.

Once you’ve downloaded our app ‘Shredquarters’ via clubright, we’ll be in touch to get you set up, sign our membership form and you’re go to go.
Just bring comfortable workout gear, a water bottle, and lots of energy! We provide all the equipment you need.
Absolutely not! Our classes cater to all fitness levels, and our trainers will help you modify exercises as needed.
Our personal trainers can adapt the exercises for you to work around injuries. Our Lift classes in particular can be adapted around any injuries due to the low impact nature.
Yes we do! We offer bespoke nutritional guidance, as well as useful information in our ‘Welcome Pack’ available to of our members.
Yes, we offer free on-site parking for our members.
