Shred is our foundational class (the clue is in the name!) where we combine cardio, strength and core training into one cohesive 45-minute workout. Get fitter, leaner and stronger, quickly.

Our Lift classes are strength-based weight training classes. With more time at each exercise, a slower pace and trainers on hand to provide helpful guidance, these classes offer you the chance to lift heavier and get stronger.

Our Hybrid classes blend functional fitness and endurance inspired by the Hyrox competition. In one action packed 45 minute class you are guaranteed to improve your athletic performance levels.
