No two classes are ever the same here. Shred is our foundational class where we combine cardio, strength and core training into one 45-minute workout. Lift is where we focus on slowing things down and working the important muscle groups to build deep, fundamental strength.

Our Classes

We welcome anyone at any stage of their fitness journey. With unique fitness and training approaches, we ensure there's a tailored option for everyone. All you need to do is show up – we’ll handle the rest!
Shred

Shred is our foundational class (the clue is in the name!) where we combine cardio, strength and core training into one cohesive 45-minute workout. Get fitter, leaner and stronger, quickly.

Lift

Our Lift classes are strength-based weight training classes. With more time at each exercise, a slower pace and trainers on hand to provide helpful guidance, these classes offer you the chance to lift heavier and get stronger.

Hybrid

Our Hybrid classes blend functional fitness and endurance inspired by the Hyrox competition. In one action packed 45 minute class you are guaranteed to improve your athletic performance levels.

6-Week Jumpstart

Unlimited access to every class, plus a one‑to‑one personal consultation. No contract, no long-term commitments. Just show up, train hard, and see the results for yourself.

You can sign up for a trial and purchase classes and membership via our app. It’s the best way to keep on top of your schedule and track your progress. Just sign up on the App to get started.
Just bring comfortable workout gear, clean indoor trainers, a sweat towel, a water bottle, and lots of energy! We provide all the equipment you need.
Absolutely not! Our classes cater to all fitness levels, and our trainers will help you modify exercises as needed.
Our gym instructors and coaches can adapt the classes to accommodate your needs, we are here to help. Many of our members have seen huge improvements in their physical condition and capability via exercising in the right way and with ongoing support.
Yes, we have free on-site parking at the gym for our members. If our carpark is full, there is plenty of free alternative parking around the gym, just choose your spot wisely.
