These are a staple style of training at SQ. Every day we hold a variety of high intensity Shred Session workouts that mix strength and cardio to burn fat and build up your fitness levels.
These are great to mix in with your training. All weights and no cardio! These are great for gaining strength, muscle and definition no matter who you are.
Our Saturday morning favourite! This workout combines exercises from all of our training styles. With a similar intensity to our Shred Sessions you'll go round one big circuit with at least 40 different exercises around the room.
CORE / YOGA
Whilst pushing your body the max in the other classes, its just as important to work on your core stability and flexibility. All of this also comes included with any membership at The Shredquarters.
SQ welcomes anyone at any stage of their fitness journey. So, we have added a class for anyone with little to no experience in a gym, that are wanting to kick start their training. By working on form and technique, these classes give you a great start!
