OUR SIGNATURE SHRED CLASS:

Specifically designed to give you maximum results. Our Shred classes combine high energy, full body HIIT training to get you to work hard, burn fat and feel great.

SHRED CAN BE TAILORED TO SUIT ALL ABILITIES, SHAPES, SIZES AND FITNESS LEVELS

SQ LIFT CLASS:

Our Lift classes are strength-based weight training classes. With more time at each exercise, a slower pace and trainers on hand to provide helpful guidance, these classes offer you the chance to lift heavier and get stronger.

YOGA CLASS:

Also included regularly in our timetable are yoga classes. These will help you improve on strength, balance and flexibility. Yoga can also have positive effects on the nervous system, supporting relaxation and calming of the mind.
