THE SHREDQUARTERS HAS PARTNERED WITH FIT UK TO HOST AND DELIVER PERSONAL TRAINING COURSES AND UPSKILL STAFF ACROSS THE FRANCHISE
We recognise the importance of keeping staff skills and knowledge current and relevant. Across our organisation we embed Continuing Professional Development into our performance appraisal system for our staff to ensure they have the best and most up to date knowledge, to deliver our award-winning group fitness classes.
We consider the Shredquarters to be an establishment of a professional learning community where everyone strives to be the best they can be. It is with this in mind that we have partnered with FIT UK to deliver their nationally recognised, award-winning training to our staff and to any members who wish to join the rapidly growing fitness industry by gaining an industry recognised Level 2 Fitness Instructor, Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification or any number of CPD courses.
The courses offered by FIT UK complement everything we offer at The Shredquarters and we are excited about building this partnership across the Franchise, and indeed, across the United Kingdom.

FIRST AID COURSES

All of our First Aid courses are HSE compliant. Our one-day course is supercharged with practical, hands-on learning. It takes a no-nonsense approach, meaning that delegates get to know what they need to know - without the waffle.
It will prepare you for an emergency situation both in and out of work - and centres around building an emergency plan, ready to quickly kick in should an emergency arrive!
If you have a group to train we have a range of first aid courses that our trainers can run at your site allowing you to make significant cost savings.
