THE SHREDQUARTERS TO HEADLINE BALANCE FESTIVAL 2023
For the weekend of the 19th-21st May, The Shredquarters will be joining global brands Triyoga, Kobox, Bosh! and many more at the Truman Brewery in London for Balance Festival 2023. We'll be bringing a full Shred experience to the 12000 participants at the Festival with all your favourite instructors and workouts. The inaugural SQ Games
On the 20th August 2022 we hosted the first ever SQ Games. 120 members from across all of our gyms took part in the inaugural SQ Games at Newbury Rugby Club. Athletes participated in 3 events, showing their strength, resilience and endurance across a variety of exercises including rowing machines, deadlifts and sandbag runs. We also had over 100 spectators come along to support their gyms, their friends and their family! Thank you to www.physicalcompany.co.uk for supplying the equipment for the day. Congratulations to Clair Godfrey and Rebecca Warner from Twyford SQ who won the female pairs competition and to Duncan Mollison and Dan Walton, also from Twyford SQ, who took the men's title.
