Just bring comfortable workout gear, a water bottle, sweat towel and lots of energy! We provide all the equipment you need.
Absolutely not! Our classes cater to all fitness levels, and our trainers will help you modify exercises as needed.
You can book via our website or mobile app. Sign up, choose your class, and secure your spot in seconds!
While classes are running, a smaller section of the studio remains available for Open Gym use. During this time, equipment is more limited—mainly benches and dumbbells—but you'll still have space to get in a solid workout. Full access returns once classes are finished.
