OUR CLASSES
We offer 4 main forms of training: SHRED, LIFT, BOXING and YOGA
SHRED classes combine high energy, full body HIIT training to get you to work hard, burn fat and feel great.
LIFT classes are strength-based weight training classes, great for building strength and conditioning.
YOGA classes help you improve on strength, balance and flexibility and can also have positive effects on the nervous system.
BOXING classes combine cardio and boxing with intervals of bodyweight exercises, and of course, core work.
